Kanye West's weird questions left Rihanna perplexed

Pop star Rihanna must be wondering to herself as to why she consented to sit for that interview with rapper Kanye West. The rapper reportedly put forward questions to Rihanna as part of a conservation to be published in the upcoming issue of the 'Interview' magazine. According to reports doing the rounds in the media, Rihanna was left in a very confused state of mind after the end of the interview with Kanye West. If these reports are to be believed, Kanye West asked the pop star such questions to which she did not even have an answer!

Well, for starters, Kanye West asked if she knows any person her contemporary who is as famous as her, to which Rihanna could only reply with a monosyllabic “huh?”! As the interview proceeded, Rihanna’s confusion increased all the more because she had never thought about the pink tank top which she so often wore on stage shows in the recent past as a symbol of the American Dream as was suggested by Kanye West.

But it was probably the last question that was enough to blow Rihanna’s lid off. Kanye West complimented Rihanna saying that she her looks and achievement could not only get her any man in the world she desired, it could also drive a straight woman to shed her inhibitions and come to Rihanna! This time the pop star was so surprised that she actually asked him whether he was serious!

Kareena is fast turning into the babe with the magic touch as most of the films she does are hits, if not super hits.

Well, the recently released Golmaal 3 has again proved that she is great in the role of a tom boy too, where her co-stars were mostly male who were all also quite well established in their own niche in the world of films. Heidi Montag Regrets Surgery And Would Take It All Back!

What a shocker?! In a recent interview for ABC, she talked about her transformation and we heard that Heidi Montag regrets surgery that she has had. The special that ran this week was called “Celebrity Plastic Surgery” and featured others stars as well including Janice Dickinson and Peter Burns. Though some are happy with their changes, this reality TV star wished she never had the changes.

We all know Heidi Montag had 10 plastic surgery procedures in a single day and has to be the most extreme example of people trying to get the Hollywood look. So why does Heidi Montag regret surgery?

“I don’t want the biggest boobs in the world and, to be honest, I would take them out and downsize them but I don’t want to go under the knife again.”

In the interviews she blames the late Dr. Frank Ryan. She says he got her addicted to procedures and when she asked him what would make her perfect, she got a long list. Therefore she decided to get them all done, resulting in Heidi Montag’s 10 plastic surgery procedures in a single day.

She also talked about the immense amount of pain she was in following the work and felt that she wasn’t thoroughly informed about all the details.

We have learned to associate this young woman with drama, and my gut reaction is to write off her complaints as another publicity stunt. Kylie Minogue's Festive Album

The Australian singer, Kylie Minogue is all geared up for the upcoming festival, Christmas.
The pop star says that if she gets to see a white Christmas this year she will react like a five year old.

Kylie who has come out with a new album, 'Let It Snow', a cover of the 1945 classic, this festive season has said that,” I think it’s kind of ironic that I’m singing 'Let It Snow' being an Australian for we don’t have snow at Christmas time. So if in fact it does snow whilst I’m in New York this year, I’ll be like a five year old kid, I’ll be so excited.”

Kylie Minogue, the Australian singer, says that it is summer in Australia and by making this album she has turned out to be very ironic as it will never snow during Christmas. She said,”It’s always a big thrill for me to be on the side of the world where it’s a white Christmas.”

The singer is having a live in relationship with Spanish boyfriend and model, Andres Velencoso, whom she was dating since July, 2008. She said that,”I’m so happy, This year has been full of lots of lovely sparkling new things. Me and Andres have just set up home in a new place. It’s slightly bigger. But we are having to furnish and decorate from scratch again. The new place is more appropriate for my current situation and my family.”

New research has found that a woman’s lips are the most attractive body part.

Apparently the average man spends 54 per cent of the first ten seconds of a new meeting gazing at a woman’s pout.

Wearing make-up dramatically increases the attraction factor for women with men spending 6.7 seconds of the first ten seconds (67 per cent of the time) looking at lips with pink lipstick, and 7.3 seconds (73 per cent) looking at lips painted red Manchester University found.

Kareena Kapoor has record number of festival period releases

Aamir Khan and Akshay Kumar may have set their eyes on Christmas with Taare Zameen Par/Welcome [2007], Ghajini/Jumbo [2008], 3 Idiots [2009] and Tees Maar Khan [2010]. Salman Khan may have captured his Eid slot with Wanted [2009], Dabangg [2010] and Bodyguard [2011]. But Kareena isn't content with just one festival. She wants them all and is pretty much having her way as well.

Says a veteran trade observer, "After all Diwali and Christmas have turned out to be most beneficial for filmmakers due to long holiday period as well as general mood of celebrations and festivities. People don't mind spending money and if a film is indeed made well, the makers and the actors benefit the most. It is crystal clear that while all the men are fighting it out amongst themselves when it comes to festive releases, Kareena is enjoying the best of all seasons. Well, literally."

There are facts to substantiate this claim. This year her Golmaal 3 released on Diwali. Last year her 3 Idiots had arrived on Christmas while Main Aurr Mrs Khanna had released on Diwali. In 2008, her Golmaal Returns had made a splash on Diwali while Jab We Met in 2007 too had released just a few days before Diwali. Even earlier, her films like Don - The Chase Begins Again [Diwali 2006], Dosti - Friends Forever [Christmas 2005] and Aitraaz [Diwali 2004] had benefited by arriving in the festive season.

"Somehow this fact never got highlighted as all the rivalry seemed to be hero-centric. However, Kareena has been quietly enjoying her stint when it comes to the release of her biggies. Now the going only seems to be perfect for her in near future as well with her newer films eyeing the best available slots", continues the observer.

As things stand today, Kareena can well enjoy quite a few celebrations coming her way in the festival season ahead. Come 2011 and she would be occupying both Eid [Bodyguard] as well as the Diwali [Ra. One] slots. Though Christmas season currently has only one confirmed release - the sequel to Shah Rukh Khan's Don, it would be interesting to see if Kareena brings one of her movies along then.

"Well, one can never be too sure about such things", smiles Kareena who is obviously elated with this 'feat', "Yes, Golmaal 3 was always planned for a Diwali release and it's blockbuster success has made us all feel good about the effort that we all had to put to ensure that the deadline was met."

Now with declaration coming in that Salman Khan would most definitely bring in Bodyguard on Eid 2011, Kareena knows that it is going to be quite some hard work ahead.

"I would soon be beginning shoot for the Karan Johar film with Imran (Khan)", she talks about (tentatively titled) Short Term Shaadi here, "Meanwhile, Ra. One and Agent Vinod too have to be wrapped up. With Bodyguard coming in as well, it is going to be some really busy months ahead. But yes, it does feel great to be arriving on festive dates year after year."

Since Ra. One has already been confirmed for Diwali 2011, one wonders when would her film with Saif Ali Khan, Agent Vinod, eventually release. The tentative plans as of now are for May 2011 but it won't be surprising if the makers pick the long Independence Day weekend for the release. 15th August falls on a Monday and a 12th August release would give them a 4 day long weekend here, hence adding on to continued celebrations for Kareena. In between all of this, she would also be kick starting her new film with Aamir Khan. As for Short Term Shaadi, how about Christmas 2011?

Some food for thought Kareena? After all it could well be a record waiting to make an entry into the Guinness!

Bhandarkar shelves his film Heroine

Mumbai- Bhandarkar shelves his film Heroine- The latest buzz in tinsel ville is that film director Madhur Bhandarkar has dropped his film “Heroine” with Kareena Kapoor as she demanded too many changes in the script.

Kareena was of the view that her role in the film was a bit too controversial and as a result kept insisting the director to change the script.

Kareena turned down the offer as the film is based on the life of Marilyn Monroe. A source stated that Bhandarkar has not yet approached any other actress apart from Kareena.

Madhur lost interest in the film as Kareena made him wait for 6 months. Bhandarkar has now decided to work on a male dominated film after “Dil To Bachcha Hain Ji”.

Actor DOMINIC MONAGHAN struggled with his MEGAN FOX kissing scenes in EMINEM and RIHANNA's LOVE THE WAY YOU LIE video - because he wanted to be respectful to the newlywed.

The Lord of the Rings star was thrilled when he learned he'd be making out with the actress in the promo - but admits he went to great lengths to try and make sure he didn't upset her new husband Brian Austin Green.

Monaghan initially spoke to his co-star about what would be appropriate onset as they played passionate and fiery lovers and he felt the shoot went well.

But his best intentions were wrecked days later when the news of the video leaked and he was asked about the project.

He says, "I did all these interviews post the Eminem thing and they (reporters) said, 'How was it kissing Megan Fox?' And I said, 'It was Ok, it was good' - 'cos I wanted to be respectful of their marriage.

"And then it came out that I was, like, non-plus about the fact that I was making out with Megan Fox, which wasn't true; I had a great time, a very enjoyable time."

And then the gay rumours started.

He adds, "It didn't quash the gay rumours about (Lord of the Rings co-star) Elijah Wood and I."

Lovelace not in the stars for Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan won't be playing 1970s porn star Linda Lovelace in "Inferno."

Writer–director Matthew Wilder says his production team is in negotiations with another actress and will make an announcement soon.

Some media reports say the 24–year–old starlet quit to focus on her court–ordered rehab for drug addiction; others say Wilder wanted her replaced.

The "Mean Girls" star is expected to be in rehab in southern California until at least Jan. 3.

The actress has become more of a tabloid mainstay than box office draw since a pair of high–profile arrests in 2007 led to a drug and drunken driving case. A judge last month ordered Lohan to rehab. It was her fifth time in court since May. The ruling allowed her to avoid a fourth trip to jail.
