Nick Cannon on how Mariah Carey is coping with motherhood

Nick Cannon has said motherhood has been 'eye opening' for his wife Mariah Carey.

The couple became first time parents on April 30 when Carey gave birth to their twins Moroccan and Monroe.

Speaking to America's People magazine about his wife, he said: 'She really knows what being a woman is about now. This whole journey has been eye opening, she'll tell you that.'

Cannon, 30, added that his priorities have changed since he became a dad.

He said: 'It's just the beginning, so I'm expecting it to change a little more.'

Cannon said he is 'growing every day and knowing that I have to be an example for two lives'.

He even admitted that he will have to alter his stand-up comedy routine slightly to be more child-friendly.

'It's going to be all about the kids,' he said.

'I'll be conscious of what I do, but I still gotta be a little edgy.'

Andy Roddick's wife Brooklyn Decker goes uber casual to blend in with the SW19 set

As last year's cover girl for Sports Illustrated's infamous swimsuit issue Brooklyn Decker was launched further into the limelight adopting a glamorous image to match her newfound fame.

But of course, one cannot maintain such an image all day every day.

So the model's ensemble as she spent some time shopping with her husband Andy Roddick was perfectly understandable.

Brooklyn, 24, was barely recognisable in her understated yet chic get up which helped her to blend in with the rest of the SW9 set in Wimbledon.

The swimsuit model and sometime actress looked like a member of the gentry in her farmer girl style jacket.

She matched the beige number with a striped top, blue jeans and red ballets flats.

Hiding behind a pair of aviator style Ray-Bans the only was to identify Brooklyn was by the towering presence of her tennis star husband.

Roddick stayed true to his sporting roots with a navy hooded top, a red baseball cap, tracksuit bottoms and trainers.

The tennis star takes on German Andreas Beck in his first match at the famous tournament.

He is seeded in 8th position for this year's event, and is expected to defeat his German opponent with relative ease.

Meanwhile his wife says she wants to be taken a little more seriously in terms of her film roles, hoping to dump the bikinis altogether.

She told the Charlotte Observer: 'I'm not a fan particularly [of roles that require me to be in a swimsuit]. I think for Just Go With It, it made total sense. I'd just come off being on the cover for Sports Illustrated, and no one really knew who I was as an actress.

'Plus, Adam's comedies, they're always really cheeky and fun, and it came out around the Super Bowl. But yeah, me as a person, I'm not like - it sounds weird 'cause my job's the opposite - but I'm not in a bikini all the time. I'm really not a very sexy person, I'm just not, in my down time.'

Peter Fonda married Margaret 'Parky' DeVogelaere in Hawaii

Easy Rider star Peter Fonda has tied the knot for the third time.

The 71-year-old actor said 'I do' to his long term companion Margaret 'Parky' Devogelaere in a romantic beach-side ceremony in Hawaii yesterday.

Peter has been married twice before - in 1961 to Susan Brewer with whom he had two children including actress Bridget Fonda.

The couple divorced in 1972.

He then married Portia Crockett in 1975 and their divorce was only finalised earlier this year.

He met Parky several years ago and the pair had to wait until his previous divorce went through in order to make their union official.

Fonda is the son of legendary actor Henry Fonda and the younger brother of actress Jane Fonda.

He rose to fame starring in several Broadway productions before heading to Hollywood to pursue a movie career.

He is best known for his role as Captain America in Easy Rider, a film he also produced.

His other well known roles include Ulee's Gold,Te Passion Of Ayn's Rand, 3:10 to Yuma and Journey To The Centre Of The Earth.

Mark Wright and Lauren Goodger put on a united front in the face of cheating rumours

First she was spotted with her engagement ring back on and now Mark Wright and Lauren Goodger are determined to put cheating rumours at rest by heading out hand in hand.

The Only Way Is Essex couple spent the morning at home before popping out for lunch at Sheesh in Chigwell, Essex.

Mark held tightly onto his fiancée's hand as they made their way to the Turkish restaurant and Lauren made sure to flash her engagement ring.

Last night Mark tweeted: ‘Readin the paper, wonderin why every time @MarkWright sits with a woman he’s a ‘cheat’... people should leave him and @LaurenGoodger alone!'

Lauren looked lovely in a sheer white shirt and tight jeans, while Mark showed off his tan in a yellow T-shirt.

Their show of unity comes after their relationship has been plagued with cheating rumours over the past week.

Reports claimed yesterday that Lauren had moved out of the flat she shares with the TOWIE lothario after finding out he 'made a move' on Hollyoaks star Jorgie Porter.

The News of the World claimed renowned ladies' man Mark had tried his luck with pretty young blonde Jorgie during a night out in Liverpool on Thursday.

A source told the paper: 'It was clear to see he was making a move on her. As a single girl, she was loving it.

'He was drunk and showing off. During a game of poker, he was touching her hand and she was grabbing his leg.'

It was also claimed Mark had approached Jorgie's Hollyoaks co-star Gemma Merna during the evening out.

But Jorgie took to her Twitter page to write: 'Don't believe everythin u read guys..had fun night out wiv hollyoaks and towie but that was it!They'll be linkin me 2 arg next!night all x'

The claims are the latest in a string of reports about Mark's alleged cheating.

MailOnline told earlier this week how Lauren was furious after hearing Mark's ex Lucy Mecklenburgh's claims that she had kissed the reality star while they were on holiday in Marbella.

But it appears Lauren lives by the 'forgive and forget' motto, as she was seen happily flashing her engagement ring at a public appearance on Sunday.

After going without her solitaire diamond ring at a public appearance earlier this week, Lauren ensured all eyes were on the jewel as she promoted her fake tanning range Lauren's Way at the The New You Beauty Show in Hertford.

And Mark has also taken to Twitter to try and assure fans of his love for fiancée Lauren.

He wrote on the social networking site last night: 'On the way home in the spud mobil looking forward 2 bed hurry up @LaurenGoodger u best be in bed b4 me warming it up.'

And this morning, after the papers had come out, Mark then tweeted: 'Hi every1. Bit of breakfast with @LaurenGoodger then on to some shopping and lunch.'

But Kimberley Walsh dazzled in the sunshine yesterday, wearing a classy yellow dress teamed with blood red lipstick and dark sunglasses.

The Girls Aloud singer showed off her tiny waist and shapely legs as she was spotted with a male friend near her North London home.

Despite stepping out with her handsome companion, the 29-year-old is actually dating Justin Scott, of failed boyband Triple 8.

The couple, who share her palatial mansion in Barnet, have kept fans guessing over whether they will marry after eight years of dating.

Last year, the Bradford-born singer revealed Justin was left 'running for the hills' when people suggested they get engaged.

She said: 'I did catch the bouquet at my sister's wedding. So I think he's probably running for the hills right now.

'It was quite funny because I caught the bouquet and then everyone was like, "Congratulations", like he's already asked me and he was like, "Wow, I haven't asked her yet!"'

Kimberley added: 'In an ideal world, I think I'd like to get married and have children, but it wouldn't be a big deal if that wasn't the case.

'I love children, and when it's the right time I'll have them. Justin and I aren't really talking seriously about it, we're just not at that point yet.'

Having never pursued a solo music career of her own, it could be easy for Kimberley to be jealous of her Scouser bandmate.

Nicola, 25, has just released debut song Beat Of My Drum and has been enjoying a good reception from fans and critics.

But in a recent interview, Kimberley had nothing but praise for her 'sister'.

She said: 'I know the lyrics on one of the songs on the album refer to how hard her early days in Girls Aloud were, and that will be painful to hear.

'She was our little sister, we tried to protect her so it'll be hard to hear how hurt she was. I'm sure there will be a few tears - but this is her moment of triumph, proof that it was all worthwhile. She's inspirational.'

Meanwhile, as Kimberley braved the unpredictable British weather this weekend, Sarah Harding soaked up the rays in Miami.

The St Trinian's actress was in America after helping Sir Richard Branson celebrate his airline's 25th anniversary of connecting Miami and London.

Sarah is currently engaged to DJ Tom Crane, after he proposed to her on New Year's Eve this year.

Holly Madison slams rival Playboy bunny Crystal Harris for partying on cancelled wedding day

Holly Madison has blasted Crystal Harris for going to a Las Vegas pool party on Saturday - the day of her cancelled wedding to Hugh Hefner.

Harris, 25, headed for Sin City's Wet Republic, telling People magazine that she just needed to 'get away' after calling off her big day with Hefner at the last minute.

But Madison, 32, who also once dated the Playboy founder, branded the move 'tacky'.

Taking to Twitter, the former star of The Girls Next Door wrote: 'That's a new low.'

'That's disgusting,' she said in another, 'and whoever booked her is tacky.'
 
But Crystal insisted that the party was simply a distraction. 'I just had to get away. Today is the day and I just had to get away. I'm going back tonight so I just wanted to get away for the day,' she said.

And she stood by her decision to ditch Hefner, 85.

'I just knew when it was getting close it wasn't fair to [Hefner] and wasn't fair to go through with it. I wanted to be true to myself and be true to what was best for everybody,' she said.

'I love [Hefner]. He is the sweetest person I've ever met in my entire life and I'll always love him and he'll always be a dear friend and I'll always visit him all the time.'

She also claimed that his love of other women was one of the major problems in their relationship.

'It doesn't make sense to have so many women around but still have a marriage,' she said.

'It doesn't make sense, so it was the right thing. I wasn't the only woman in Hef's life and it wasn't going to stay that way after the marriage.'

It is not the first time Madison has lashed out at Harris.

She was opposed to the couple's marriage from the beginning and in January expressed concern that Harris would end up divorcing Hef and 'take all his money'.

Madison was previously Hefner's 'number one' girlfriend for six years before they broke up in 2008 over his refusal to wed.

She admitted  she was shocked to find out Hefner had had a change of heart about marriage after meeting Harris.

She is now dating Jesse Waits, a managing partner at the XS nightclub in Las Vegas. He is also the brother of Paris Hilton's boyfriend Cy Waits.

Pregnant Alex Gerrard shows off a trim figure in frilly black bikini

With her trim and toned limbs and barely-there bump, it was hard to believe that Alex Gerrard is expecting her third child.

But as she made the most of the sunny weather in Portugal last Wednesday she looked glowing as she enjoyed a day at the beach in a cute frilly bikini.

The 28-year-old WAG couldn’t stop smiling as she played on her phone while taking a stroll around the sun loungers on a beach.

Alex, whose baby bump was only obvious from certain angles, shielded her eyes from the bright light in a pair of stylish dark aviators and finished off her beach look with a number of bangles and bracelets adorning her wrists.

She wore her glossy long blonde hair down and around her shoulders and she didn’t appear to be suffering from frizz from the humidity.

And it seems that Alex has been making the most of the sunshine as she displayed a healthy holiday tan.

Since announcing her pregnancy, Alex has been seen wearing a number of pretty pregnancy looks including a Tibi paisley maxi dress.

Alex, who is expecting her third child with husband Steven Gerrard, teamed the floaty number with a pair of sky-high River Island wedges and the obligatory huge sunglasses.

And, despite being nearly four months pregnant, Alex's baby bump was barely visible under her dress, with just the tiniest hint of her growing curves clear to see.

Alex was mixing a family holiday with a good cause as she and husband Steven were in Portugal to celebrate the launch of his charity.

Last week ahead of her holiday Alex wrote in her column in OK! magazine: 'This week I’m off to Portugal again with Steven for the launch of his charity, the Steven Gerrard Foundation.

'We’re really excited because this is the first time it’s going to be properly introduced to everyone. He’s throwing a big charity ball and we’re really looking forward to it.

'All the money raised by the charity will be put towards helping disadvantaged children in Liverpool, a cause close to Steven’s heart. I hope it all goes well as he’s been working really hard!'

You would be forgiven for thinking that carbs haven’t passed Elisabetta Canalis lips for a fair few years given her incredible bikini body.

Elisabetta, who has slammed rumours of a split from boyfriend George Clooney, displayed her trim figure in a brown halter neck bikini as she ventured into the azure waters.

As well as swimming in the sea the model and TV personality was seen lying in the sands showing off moves which wouldn’t have been out of place on a beach photoshoot.

Elisabetta was enjoying a girls holiday in Mexico two weeks ago when these pictures were taken.

At the time, rumours were running rife that she and 50-year-old E.R. actor Clooney had split.

However the couple, who began dating in 2009, put paid to the reports last week when she jetted to Lake Como to enjoy a romantic dinner with the actor following a TV appearance.

After the show was filmed, Elisabetta was whisked off to Lake Como, which is just south of Milan, to join her actor boyfriend for dinner.

The pair were snapped dining at one of their favourite restaurants, Il Gatto Nero, which is on the lake where Clooney has a home.

He is currently is on break from working his new film Gravity in London alongside Sandra Bullock so he can shoot an ad campaign in Italy.

The pair looked closer than ever, dispelling rumours they were on the verge of splitting up.

Brooke Vincent and Sacha Parkinson soak up the sunshine in Spain on an all-girls holiday

They play Coronation Street’s resident teenage lesbians and will no doubt be more used to hiding from the Manchester rain than soaking up the sunshine.

So it’s no wonder Brooke Vincent and Sacha Parkinson appeared in their element as they made the most of the heat in Spain on Saturday.

Brooke, who celebrated her 19th birthday earlier this month, flaunted her super-toned stomach in a black two piece bikini by Ann Summers as she sat by the side of the pool.

The brunette, who plays Sophie Webster on the Weatherfield-based soap, ensured that the group stayed hydrated by heading to the bar for bottled water throughout the afternoon.

Meanwhile Sacha,19, displayed curves in all the right places, in a mismatched red and striped bikini set.

The girls were enjoying a holiday with friends and there was plenty of messing around poolside.

Sacha, who had been stood by the side of the pool, bore the brunt of the girls’ exuberance and was pushed into the pool while her fellow holiday makers looked on in amusement.

Brooke is said to have be dating rising Chelsea star Josh McEachran, having ditched her Arsenal beau Jack Wilshere in April.

But last month, Brooke was introduced to 18-year-old midfielder McEachran, and according to friends, 'sparks flew' between them.

Britney Spears transforms from Femme Fatale to ordinary mom for son's class graduation

Britney Spears took time out of her Femme Fatale tour to attend a very special occasion - her son's class graduation.

The star was beaming as she headed off to see her five-year-old Sean Preston graduate from elementary school on Friday.

The 29-year-old singer jetted out of Sacramento after performing in the very first show of her Femme Fatale tour.

Sean is her first son with ex-husband Kevin Federline. They also have a four-year-old boy, Jayden James.

But hopefully the mother-of-two's outfit was merely just comfortable flying attire.

Britney looked drab wearing an long ill-fitting white and beige striped dress under an oversized chunky cardigan, paired with matching coloured stiletto boots.

Make-up free and her hair dishevelled in loose blonde waves, the singer also looked tired with heavy bags under her eyes.

Her weary look is no doubt attributed to her heavy workload at the moment.

Britney is the midst of her Femme Fatale tour.

The singer kicked off the 33-date extravaganza last week in Sacramento.

And already Britney has already come under fire for her seemingly bloated figure.

The singer hit the stage at the Power Balance Pavilion in the kind of shape you might expect to see someone who is taking a career break - not embarking on a hectic tour.

Prancing around in a variety of skimpy outfits, it was clear that this was not the Britney some might have expected to see.

Regardless, she wore a variety of eye-catching costumes as part of the racy new show, including a kimono-style gown, fishnet stockings and studded denim hotpants, opening with her hit track Hold It Against Me and tearing  through a set-list of 22 songs before closing with Toxic and Till The World Ends.

The outfits come courtesy of designer Zaldy Goco, who says: 'The real inspiration of course is Britney herself. We’re creating the show for her. But there’s a creative script that was done by the director, Jamie King, and it’s a whole thing about a femme fatale, and femme fatales throughout the ages … she’s sort of changing personas throughout the show.'

She added: 'Britney is a very sexy girl, so everything has to be sexy.'

Reviews of the show have been hugely positive, in particular the live singing.

Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton commented: 'I really enjoyed this show, and I'm being honest. As a stand alone piece, the Femme Fatale tour is thoroughly enjoyable.

'Britney sings live and I feel like this time the show and her are on the same level, Britney seems to have gotten her spark back.'

In the past Britney has been criticised for miming through many of her live shows, however, the majority of the vocals in this opening show were sung - occasionally beefed up with recorded vocals.

The Femme Fatale show is based around an action-adventure theme, beginning with a video of the pop star being chased by police and with the set changing throughout the show to reflect the different identities Britney takes on throughout proceedings.

There are also costume changes to match these identities — nine in all — including an angel outfit, a kimono, and a kinky leather motorcycle-gear ensemble, specifically for her “S&M” performances.

Rap star Nicki Minaj will be injecting some colour and energy into the show's - appearing as an opener for Britney at each of her U.S. tour dates.

Britney will perform 33 dates across the U.S. before taking the Femme Fatale show to Europe in September.

Meanwhile Britney knocks out a paparazzo in first look at the video for new single I Wanna Go.

The singer posted the trailer on her Twitter page yesterday, just hours after wishing dad Jamie a happy Father's Day.

Chris Marrs Piliero, who created Ke$ha video Blow, directed the video.

I Wanna Go is the third single from Britney's platinum selling seventh studio album Femme Fatale.

Amanda Seyfried spotted with ex-boyfriend Dominic Cooper... two weeks after split from Ryan Phillippe

They say it's better the devil you know - and it would appear Amanda Seyfried seems to live by that philosophy.

Just two weeks after breaking up with Ryan Phillippe, the Red Riding Hood star has been spotted with her ex-boyfriend, Dominic Cooper.

The pair were seen shopping at Barneys New York department store in West Hollywood yesterday and looked very much like a cosy couple again.

Seyfried, 25, and Cooper, 32, met on the set of Mamma Mia in 2008 and dated for the next two years.

After they split, she went on to have romances with True Blood's Alexander Skarsgard and most notoriously, Phillippe, who she met at Kate Hudson's Halloween party last year.

However, American magazine Us Weekly reported earlier this month that Seyfried and Phillippe have finally split for good.

'It was mutual,' a source told the magazine. 'They were never fully committed,' adding, 'It was always on and off. They were also seeing other people.'

One of those 'other people' is model Alexis Knapp, who is due to give birth to Phillippe's baby later this month.

The Lincoln Lawyer star, who already has 11-year-old Ava and Deacon, seven, with ex-wife Reese Witherspoon, has promised take full responsibility for the baby if it is his and plans to perform a DNA test after the birth.

Chelsea Kane and Stephen Colletti frolicked in the ocean together today as they enjoyed a romantic holiday in Mexico

She didn't take home the trophy on Dancing With The Stars but former contestant Chelsea Kane is definitely a winner when it comes to love - and beach bodies.

The third place contestant in the last season of the reality show revealed her fabulous bikini body as she frolicked in the ocean with boyfriend Stephen Colletti in Mexico today.

The young couple are currently enjoying a romantic trip for two and despite all the other beauties on the beach, smitten Laguna Beach star Colletti only had eyes for Kane.

The 22-year-old  Disney darling met Colletti, 25, on a blind date and they've been inseparable ever since.

'We were set up on a blind date by my manager,' Kane told American magazine Us Weekly in April.

'He is pretty cute, he's a really good guy, we've been having fun together.'

The former teen star admits that she had a crush on Colletti during his MTV days. 'She tore his photo out of a magazine to show friends!' a source told the magazine.

The instant attraction was mutual, as One Tree Hill star Colletti gushed about Kane's performances on the reality dancing competition.

'She's great. I'm so proud of her. She's doing amazing on 'Dancing with the Stars,' he told Us Weekly during the competition.

'We're having a great time together. She's a great girl.'

Colletti has previously dated fellow MTV stars Lauren Conrad and Kristen Cavallari, who is now engaged to NFL star Jay Cutler.

Kane and her dancing partner Mark Ballas came in third place on Dancing With The Stars last season behind Kirstie Alley and champion Hines Ward, despite consistently coming in top of the leader board for numerous weeks.

The pair heated things up off the dance floor when the Disney star appeared in Ballas' steamy video, Hotwire, which featured them cuddling in bed together.

After the finale in May, she donated her dancing shoes from her final spin on the show to Planet Hollywood in New York City.

Arsenal star Cesc Fabregas holidays with a mystery brunette just a month after split with long-term girlfriend Carla 'Cutie' Garcia

Footballers are known for moving quickly on the pitch - but some carry that trait into their personal lives.

Take Arsenal star Cesc Fabregas who split from his long-term girlfriend last month and already appears to have picked up a replacement.

The 24-year-old midfielder headed to the south of France with the brunette, rumoured to be named Daniela, as he got some much needed respite from the rigours of Premiership football.

The mystery woman, who is very similar in appearance to his last girlfriend Carla Garcia, initially threw on a yellow cutaway number as the couple relaxed by the pool on their sun loungers.

She gave sportsman a massage as he enjoyed the Mediterranean sun, later the couple took a dip in the water to cool off.

Meanwhile Fabregas appeared to have spent a little too long in the sun - his chest an uncomfortable looking shade of red - Carla placing her hands on his chest as they arose from their loungers.

But after spending an inactive few hours topping up their tans, the footballer and his partner headed out to sea for an adrenalin rush aboard a jet ski.

For this endeavour she changed into a pale lilac two-piece and Essex-style wedge heels.

They then headed out to sea on board a jet ski for an exciting whizz around in the sea together.

And this is not the last foreign trip Fabregas has planned, in fact it could be a mere stop off for the Premiership star.

According to his Twitter page he will also head over to Jakarta and Bali.

He wrote: 'I can‘t wait for next week to go to Jakarta and Bali. Wait for meeee!!!! ;)'

Early last month it was reported that Cesc and his long-term girlfriend, Carla Garcia, had split up.

In The Sun newspaper it was claimed that his father had confirmed the young lovers ended their relationship after seven years together.

His father Francesc apparently explained his son was 'cut up' over the split, but made the brave decision after their relationship simply ran its course.

He said: 'The decision to end the relationship was more his than Carla's.

'It's a shame. They had been together for a long time and she was a lovely girl.

'But Cesc wants to be on his own. He preferred to end things before there were children or things like that.'

The couple fell in love as teenagers back in their native Spain and were a couple when the 16-year-old Cesc was signed by Arsenal from Barcelona.

Barcelona are now said to want Fabregas to return to Spain and play for them once again, with a staggering £50million alleged to be on the table.

The Catalan club are rumoured to be so keen to prise Fabregas away from Arsenal that they are putting recent signing David Villa up for sale.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley goes from dreary to show stopping in just a few hours in Brazil

She is promoting her latest film Transformers: Dark Of The Moon but on Sunday Rosie Huntington-Whiteley underwent a dramatic transformation in real life.

The model arrived in Brazil looking extremely tired and makeup free as she got in a car at the airport.

Rosie, 24, was wrapped up in a oatmeal cardigan and her face looked drained as was driven to her hotel.

Her co-star Josh Duhamel appeared to have got some rest during the flight and arrived in a good mood smiling as he walked through the airport.

Just a mere matter of hours later Rosie had undergone a dramatic transformation and was looking like a different person as she attended a photocall in Rio De Janeiro.

Rosie looked simply stunning in a terracotta coloured crocheted dress as she arrived with her co-star Josh, who is married to Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie, at the Copacabana Palace Hotel.

The pair were joined by the film’s director Michael Bay to talk about the film, which is released on June 29 in the UK.

Last week, Rosie  appeared on the David Letterman show and revealed that she drank wine and smoked cigarettes aged just 16 on her first modelling assignment.

'Sixteen was my first was when I first started modelling,' she told Letterman. 'I had internshipped at a modelling agency in London because I'd always wanted to work in fashion.

'And I got a work placement at a modelling agency and then I spent the week making coffee and picking up the telephone and smoking cigarettes and drinking wine at 11am, it was very Ab Fab!'

Rosie has also been very vocal about her love of eating recently in an interview for Maxim, as she stripped off to reveal her perfect figure for a cover shoot.

'I just don't stop doing it,' she said of her veracious appetite during the interview with the men's magazine which this year voted her number one on their top hot 100 list.

'I love eating really, really bad things, like roast dinners and chocolate bread and butter pudding.'

And the star said since moving from the UK to the States she is craving it more than ever.

She told the magazine: 'It's my soul, England.'

'I miss the people, the culture, the food.'

'I find it strange that people say English food is bad.

'To me, it's delicious. I've never really considered it but I was thinking the other day that maybe it's strange to have beans on toast for breakfast.'

Natasha Giggs breaks silence over affair with Ryan Giggs

Natasha Giggs says she's been left 'devastated' after her secret affair with her brother-in-law Ryan Giggs was revealed.

Talking for the first time since the scandal broke, she said that her 'fantasy' lifestyle has been brought crashing down to earth.

Breaking her silence after returning from Majorca where she fled with her two sons in the wake of the furore, she told this week's Closer magazine: 'It's really starting to sink in now.'

She added: 'I haven’t been able to sleep since I got back from holiday knowing how my family have been hounded – even the cars in my parents’ street have been smashed up and I’m panicking that something else might happen.

'My marriage is over and my children no longer have their dad around all the time, which is devastating for both of them.

'I’ve been gutless and I feel guilty that my actions have blown my family apart. There’s no excuses – what I did was wrong, I don’t see myself as a victim.'

Natasha conducted an intense eight-year relationship with Ryan, 37, even falling pregnant by him and aborting his child just two weeks before her wedding to Rhodri last summer.

He is said to have filed divorce papers on his wife at the weekend.

The pair first met in a nightclub in Manchester in March 2003 and Natasha spent the night with him while his then pregnant fiancée Stacey – now his wife of three and a half years – was at home.

Despite the fact that Natasha, 28, started dating Ryan’s brother Rhodri, 34, just two months later, the pair resumed their affair after a year, conducting illicit liaisons in hotel rooms and vacant properties she had access to through her job as an estate agent.

Despite moving in with Rhodri after just 18 months of dating, Natasha admits that she was still 'mesmerised' by Ryan and shamelessly pursued an affair with him to escape the banal aspects of her ordinary life.

Natasha happily admits: 'The affair kept going because I was bored and it was so exciting. I’d have my mundane life at home – the cooking, washing and ironing – but know that I had my own special relationship with this celebrity footballer adored by millions.

'A lot of people wanted to be with him and having him to myself was a thrill,” she adds. 'I’d drop everything for him in a flash because I was emotionally attached to him. For him, it was just sex.

'I used to bicker about petty things with Rhodri and then think at the back of my mind: "I don’t really care because I’m off to see Ryan later."

'I learnt to live with the guilt and I got very good at lying. I was leading a double life. I do think it’s possible to have feelings for two people at the same time.'

She adds: 'When I saw Ryan with his family, it was like he was someone else. We never talked about our families when we were together – we kept it all separate.

'I never expected Ryan to leave Stacey for me. If we had had a proper relationship, I doubt it would have worked. It was just a fantasy.'

Natasha admits she only decided to finally lift the lid on their torrid affair when glamour model Imogen Thomas, 28, claimed she’d been sleeping with him for the past six months in April.

Natasha – who hasn’t spoken to Ryan since they last slept together on 9 April – says: 'I swallowed all Ryan’s lies when he told me the Imogen rumours were untrue. I felt like a complete mug when I realised I wasn’t the only woman he was cheating with.

'He’s been spineless and arrogant and I wanted to speak out to put an end to the lies. I also knew that my affair with Ryan would never have stopped unless I made it public. I needed to break his hold over me.'

And Natasha concedes that while she’s wracked with remorse over her own family split, she has no feelings of guilt toward Ryan’s wife Stacey and the couple’s two children.

She says defiantly: 'Ryan’s family are his responsibility. I’d be surprised if their marriage lasts. If Stacey stays with him, she’s saying it’s OK to condone that kind of behaviour.

'She obviously really loves him and can’t accept the truth. Ryan likes the security of having a wife and kids but I couldn’t say whether he loved Stacey. I don’t think he’ll ever love anyone as much as he loves himself.'

Despite claiming that her wedding day was the 'happiest day' of her life, Natasha says she’s always had an on/off relationship with Rhodri.

She explains: 'There have been a lot of breaks in my relationship with Rhodri. It has always been love/hate – with Ryan haunting us like a ghost in the background.

'We stayed together for the children which is so sad because knowing that we’ve both cheated on each other makes me think: "Why did we bother?" We’ve wasted so much time being unhappy.

'Rhodri sent me a message saying he still loves me but we can’t make a relationship work now. It would be unfair on both of us. The thought of going through a divorce now is devastating. I need some time on my own.'

And Natasha says she’s hoping to rebuild her shattered life. 'Now I have to concentrate on getting my life back to normal. I know there are huge consequences to what I have done but at least, in finally telling the truth, there is a heavy weight lifted from my shoulders.'

She adds: 'I had a deep infatuation with Ryan but now I just think: "What did I ever see in him?" It’s time to start again with a clean slate.'

Katie Price and her daughter made for a cutesy pairing today as they left the Ivy in London.

The former glamour model was wearing a large pair of shades that matched those worn by her mini-me, Princess.

Miss Price, 33, strolled out of the exclusive eaterie with her three-year-old daughter in her arms presumably after having lunch there.

She wore a knitted beige top with holes in it and a pair of distressed jeans, also with holes in them - together with a sparkling pair of sandals and a smart cream bag.

Meanwhile daughter Princess had a pink top on with a smart white blazer and jeans.

Princess Tiaamii is Miss Price's daughter from her relationship with Peter Andre, who she was married to for three and a half years.

Last week Peter Andre picked up the award for Celebrity Dad Of The Year for the second year running.

The former pop singer has stayed loyal to his children, son Junior and stepson Harvey, despite his split with Miss Price.

Meanwhile, her new beau Leandro Penna has been spending time with the three children as their relationship continues to flourish.

Over the weekend Price praised her Argentinian boyfriend for improving his English - which he has been working on with special classes.

She tweeted: 'Its fantastic leo can now speak English all them english lessons have been fantastic and made a difference!my spanish got better too haha.'

And it seems his parenting credentials have gone down as well as his aural abilities.

Yesterday Price also wrote: 'What a great day with kids !leo is legend he can do everything can't believe what he did today amazing ...we all had so much fun!'

Megan Fox hits the beach for the second day in a row with husband Brian Austin Green on Sunday (June 19) in Hawaii.

The 25-year-old actress showed off her bikini bod in a pink two piece.

The day before, the couple went for a dip in the ocean with his 9-year-old son Kassius.

Megan recently revealed that she and Brian, 37, will be celebrating their one year anniversary on the islands by swimming with dolphins!

“My husband is terrified of sharks but we’re going to do it anyway. Sharks don’t usually go where there are tons of dolphins so we can do it,” she told E! Online.

“I didn’t used to be [scared of sharks], but I am now because of him. His fear is so intense, it’s smothered me and now I’m afraid,” she added.

Famous dieter Kirstie Alley just lost a stack of weight again thanks to her stint on Dancing With The Stars — and now claims to have the same waist measurement as waify action babe Megan Fox.

The 60-year-old told Life & Style she was close to fitting into her "goal dress" — a vintage frock with a teeny tiny waist.

"My goal dress has a waist that's 22 inches," she said.

"I tried it on, and I can almost zip it up."

Megan Fox has joked in interviews that she has to starve herself to keep her waist around the 22-inch mark, and attributes her slim bod to "an immense amount of Pilates."

Spielberg sacked Fox from 'Transformers'

Hollywood mogul Steven Spielberg demanded actress Megan Fox to be fired from Transformers: Dark of the Moon after she insulted director Michael Bay.

Spielberg, the film's producer, was outraged when the actress gave an interview saying Bay was like Adolf Hitler on his movie sets, says reports.

Megan had been cast in the third film of the Transformers series but shortly before production began she gave an interview to the British magazine Wonderland.

In it she said Bay wanted to be like Hitler on his sets.

Bay said, "You know the Hitler thing. Steven said, 'Fire her right now.'"

The 25-year-old actress was replaced in the film by British model-turned-actress Rosie Huntington-Whitley.

It has also been reported that Michael Bay revealed the truth about the actress' dismissal in an interview with this month's GQ magazine.
