Michael Jackson's This is it song goes online October 12

Late pop legend Michael Jackson's first posthumously released new track This is it will be available to download at the stroke of midnight on October 12, according to Sony Music.

Sony will unleash the previously unheard songs, which feature backing vocals from Jackson's brothers, online Monday and the track will then appear on a new two-disc album of the same name, set to go on sale later this month to coincide with the global premiere of the King of Pop's This Is It documentary, about his ill-fated comeback concerts, reports contactmusic.com.

"This song only defines, once again, what the world already knows that Michael is one of god's greatest gifts," said album co-producer John McClain.

Jackson died on June 25. His death has since been ruled a homicide.

Shauna Sand fighting to stop release of her sex tape

American actress and Playboy playmate Shauna Sand is said to be fighting to stop the release of a porn video she had made with her boyfriend earlier this year.

Sand, 38, said the explicit video, which is set to be released, had been obtained illegally, and that the company’s bosses have no legal right to distribute the racy footage.

“Yes, I did make a sex tape with my boyfriend earlier this year. In fact, I’ve made several sex tapes, but I certainly didn’t sign off on this and Vivid has no right to put it out. I am trying to get a hold of my attorney now,”. Sand wants to block the adult footage from being released to the public, but Steven Hirsch is confident his company has done nothing wrong. “We were approached by a third party, who brought us footage of Shauna having sex with her current boyfriend and we were immediately interested in acquiring it,” he said. “We’re comfortable with out legal position in releasing this footage,” he added.

Heidi Klum gives birth to baby girl

"Project Runway" star Heidi Klum has given birth to her fourth child, a baby girl, her representatives said on Tuesday.

The baby was born on Oct. 9 and Klum and her British singer husband Seal named the baby Lou Sulola Samuel.

"Lou Sulola Samuel was born and from the moment she looked into both of our eyes it was endless love at first sight," Seal said in a statement.

"She is beautiful beyond words and we are happy that she chose us to watch her grow over the coming years," he said.

Klum is a model and the host of TV fashion design contest "Project Runway," and she married Seal in 2005. The couple's other children are named Johan, Henry and Leni.

Grammy winner Seal had hits with the songs "Kiss From A Rose" and "Love's Divine."
