Danielle Lloyd has taken to Twitter to ask fans to pray for her newborn son after she gave birth 10 weeks early.
The 27-year-old model admitted she was feeling 'very emotional' after welcoming the 4lb 4oz baby boy into the world.
She tweeted: 'Thanks 4 all ur kind messages... Feeling very emotional please pray 4 our little boy hope he can be home with us soon X.'
The little boy is the second child for Danielle and her 24-year-old fiancé Jamie O'Hara and hadn't been due until September.
Danielle and Jamie's son is now being treated in the special care unit at a
hospital near the couple's home in the Midlands.
Jamie announced the birth on his Twitter page this morning, writing: 'Danielle has delivered our baby this morning 4lb 4oz, 10 weeks early.'
However, Jamie assured Twitter followers that his fiancée was fine following the birth.
He added: 'Baby and Dan are ok, just letting the hospital look after him.'
In an interview earlier this week, Danielle said she was looking forward to getting back into shape after having the baby.
She told Closer magazine: 'I’ll get a trainer and go to the gym at least three times a week once the baby arrives. I’ve basically been pregnant for the past two years, so I can’t wait to get my body back.
'I’d like to be 9st and a size 8 before my wedding. If worst comes to worst, I’ll consider lipo!'
Danielle was shocked when she found out she was pregnant again just four months after the birth of Archie.
The couple's announcement they were expecting again came just a few months after they nearly split following a string of rows.
Danielle and Wolverhampton Wanderers player Jamie started dating in April 2009 after meeting after their local gym in Essex and got engaged in Paris eight months later.
Three months after the birth of Archie the couple announced they had called off their wedding as they struggled to adapt to life as new parents and Danielle battled post-natal depression.
Speaking last year about her post-natal depression, she said: 'Having a newborn baby was hard, with the lack of sleep and everything else. I was stuck in my own little world and I didn't want to get up.
'We almost thought that we had to act older because we are parents, but we’re young and we’re allowed to enjoy ourselves.'
But Danielle and Jamie rekindled their relationship and are now planning to marry in May 2012.
